Sari’s favorite thing in life is her family. Her second favorite might be Thin Mints.

Maybe it’s the seasonal availability that makes them so alluring, but she finds them irresistible… especially when frozen!

Sari’s wonderful husband, Jon, two teenage sons, Caden and Chance, along with her two little ones, Aeriana and Cameron, are her world.

The six of them also tend to be the centerpiece of their extended family and host many
events throughout the year usually centered around holidays (which they LOVE) and sporting events
(which they might love more). Being surrounded by parents, grandparents, siblings, nieces, nephews and
friends makes her heart full.

Sari spent most of her youth playing every sport she could. Basketball got more of her focus than
anything else, but she loved all sports and competitive outlets. Now she spends much of her limited free
time watching sports, but still loves to compete every chance she gets. Any. Chance. Watching her boys play sports is
by far her favorite. Other teams she really enjoys watching include the OKC Thunder, KC Chiefs, LA
Dodgers and KC Royals, especially when she gets to attend the events live.

At Tapestry, Sari is responsible for all things Financial Planning and Investment Services, as well as many other responsibilities that keep us running. Her goal is to help her advisors stay ahead of all the intricacies of this ever-changing industry, while providing support for numerous tasks so they have enough time to keep up. She is also responsible for the timely opening of investment accounts and financial plans, and for maintaining them, as clients’ lives and details are ever-changing as well.

Sari’s favorite vacation spot is The Most Magical Place on Earth – Disney World! She went there once as a teenager and absolutely fell in love. She hopes to take her kids there soon and share the magic with them.

Throughout his 35+ years of experience in the financial services industry, Bryan strives to live out his faith and encourage others to do the same, especially in the areas of financial stewardship. Knowing how to maximize the opportunities within the framework of his clients’ specific goals and objectives is Bryan’s unique skill.

Meeting those goals and objectives may extend beyond the services Bryan can provide, so connecting his clients to other professionals that can serve them well in their specialized areas of expertise is something he takes great pride in. Helping clients build a winning team of collaborative advisors is how he operates, with Bryan often serving as the quarterback of the team.

It wasn’t long ago that Bryan was catching passes at Wichita State University, where he met his wife of now 45 years and where he founded the original Kansas Family Business Forum (now The Forum for Family Enterprises) in 1995. Since the founding of The Forum, the organization has helped nearly 200 local family-owned businesses sharpen their abilities to be more profitable, but more importantly learn to successfully transition their businesses more effectively and tax efficiently, often from one generation to the next.

Planning a legacy is crucial, as it encourages doing the right things today to create the legacy you want tomorrow. Now blessed with three married children and 11 grandchildren to go with them, legacy means more to Bryan now than ever before.

Cooper

Olympics – French Toast – Rodeos

While Cooper may not seem as in touch with his emotions on the surface, the Olympic Games and the “triumphs of human achievement” that accompany the events bring him to tears more often than chopping onions (FYI-he chops onions less than once every 4 years).

Always game to grab a meal or a cup of coffee with his clients, Cooper would prefer every meal be served at Cracker Barrel (where he celebrated his 29^th birthday) and every plate be covered with French Toast. He claims, “The true quality of a breakfast location is measured in French Toast. You don’t know what you’re getting otherwise.”

His palate may be closer to the preferences of his four children than his wife’s, but the balance of his curiosity for new things and likeness towards beige meal plans has complemented how Cooper is able to guide his clients through the ups and downs of planning for their financial future.

There’s not one person that Cooper doesn’t find fascinating. Whether it’s how they think about money, what hobbies they have, or what wakes them up every day—it all adds to the framework of how he introduces financial strategies so his clients can affect the world for change.

The Olympics may be a sporting event that brings out all Coop’s feels, but he maintains that Rodeos are the most entertaining sporting events in the world. If he could do it all again, a rodeo clown would have been the chosen profession. But for now he plans to keep finances entertaining to everyone he meets.

Dexter

Greens – Hawks – Home

Growing up with three younger brothers made Dexter quite the competitor. Early on that competition was for survival, but now it shows itself most often through golf, basketball, and game nights. However, his trash talk may be his best skill at any of those.

His background in corporate finance led him into the world of financial advising, where he enjoys showing clients the power of a neatly designed spreadsheet:) and helping enhance their current financial lives and future potential. His ability to process and analyze large amounts of information is also what helped him earn his pilot’s license (you know, just for fun).

Dexter is an avid sports fan, most closely following the Kansas City Chiefs and his alma mater KU Jayhawks. While not as big on baseball, he’ll also catch some KC Royals games if they ever figure out how to start winning again.

Raised in western Kansas, Dexter considers Wichita to be a metropolis and will tell you how “where I come from” is so different from what he calls city living. Those small-town values he grew up with are now the basis for how he works with his clients and walks through life alongside them.

Caleb

The mix of the right ingredients can become a masterpiece, even if the ingredients themselves seem a bit of out place on their own. In a way that sums up a lot of Caleb’s story and the foundation of Tapestry. His passion is to meet people where they are on their financial journey, wherever it may be, and help them translate scattered problems into an inspired masterpiece that they can be proud of.

From his roots in a family farm, starting a remodeling business, an undergrad degree from Kansas State University in Sports Broadcasting, and a Masters Degree in Sports Management from Wichita State University, Caleb’s journey has evolved into where it is today. Add in a wife (Jami) and two kids (Jackson and Olivia), Caleb has flourished in his passion of helping others understand their financial journey whether as a business owner, a professional, or a family.

Holding the designation of Certified Family Business Specialist, Caleb can better understand the dynamics that happen first in business and then adding on the layer of family and generational wealth. He loves seeing hardworking families be able to pass on, not just their wealth, but the core values that are behind that wealth. Along with helping ensure that the IRS is not their favorite charity!

Doing all this in between his weekends of smoking meats and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles is all the makings of Caleb’s masterpiece.
